BrandStar Connect focuses on three main components… Utilization, Efficiency and Occupancy

Utilization – Defined as the minutes of productivity per hour throughout any given workday. We strive for an 85% utilization rate per agent.

Efficiency – These are the KPIs established along with the set guidelines required for our agents to create a successful campaign. The KPIs most important to BrandStar Connect are attendance, quality assurance and performance.

Occupancy – The number of full-time equivalents requested. BrandStar Connect will staff accordingly to meet our client’s needs.
